Her research focuses on the ethics of analytics and AI in operations, particularly within the financial services industry. She aims to understand the causes and prevention methods for AI ethics challenges through her work and investigate both algorithmic initiatives and governance solutions for AI ethics. Currently, she's interested in when, how, and why algorithmic ethics explanations matter when it comes to artificial intelligence, the role that explanations have in human-AI collaboration, and designing effective AI ethics audits.
